Seth was very efficient. Stayed on top of everything from having the home cleaned and photographed right up to closing. Very responsive if I had a questions or concerns.
From before we started to well after the closing Seth was on it. He was quick to answer any question, helped make suggestions when I didn't know an exact answer. On multiple properties we were the first to see the houses just as they were put on the market. He didn't pressure us, let us do our own thing, and when it came to finding our first home he found everything that we wanted and more.
